ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations received up to July 25th 2022: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received up to August 8th 2022: refund of 50% of hotel stay.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 9th 2022
• In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.

• Cancellations received up to July 25th 2022, deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received up to August 25th 2022 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after August 26th 2022 or registered participants who fail to attend.
• No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.

* Reimbursements, if applicable, will be processed right after the Conference.
