During the congress, the audiovisual room will be available for the delivery of your presentación, at least two hours before your presentation. In the case of an early morning presentation, please come by the room the afternoon before. The timetable of the room is as follows 
  • Sunday 25th: 17:00 - 20:00 hours
  • Monday 26th: 08:00 - 17:00 hours
  • Tuesday 27th: 08:00 - 16:00 hours
  • Wednesday 28th: 08:00 - 16:30 hours

  • All posters need to be portrait format (vertical); 112 cm height and 84 cm width.
  • Posters will be hanged Sunday 25th afternoon.
  • Posters can be withdrawn Wednesday 28th afternoon, after the sesions. 
  • Standing times will soon be anounced.
